Packages that are purchased within 48 hours are NOT refundable.

Tour Packages that are purchased within 15 days are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase.

All Tour Packages that are purchased are subject to 50% of the amount for cancellation fee, but may be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase.

The Tour Packages to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another Tour Packages sold by WowPrague and OKPraha.
